Dr Victor Pantano

Engineer and chemist with a track record of enabling breakthrough technologies at the intersection of science, industry, and innovation. Victor works with a long-standing core team to translate advanced characterisation, imaging, and AI tools into real-world impact- particularly in critical minerals, green steel, and digital resource technologies. He is known for building the partnerships, platforms, and momentum needed to turn research into lasting outcomes. Holds a PhD in Engineering from the ANU, winner of the Eureka Prize for Commercialisation, and founder and director of many deep tech companies.
